天狗は槍を持ち、獅子を家の玄関から呼び出し戦いの様を舞う。
A long-nosed goblin call a lion ahead of the garden from a front of the house by a sear and dances a war.
獅子は、家の邪気を集めるといわれ、獅子を家から出すことで、家内の邪気が振り払われると伝えられている。
“Kyo-buri”a dance collects the evil sprits which are in the house, and it’s said that a long-nosed goblin sends aways.

氷見型百足獅子
氷見市とその周辺に伝承される、胴幕を５〜６名の獅子方が素手で支える百足獅子。
獅子の相手は、鳥帽子を被った狩衣姿の天狗で、獅子舞棒を持って激しく舞うのが特徴。
テンポの良い囃子とすばやい演舞で展開し、迫力ある「獅子ごろし」で終演する。
